PropFade Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PropFade LLC (“PropFade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PropFade website (propfade.com), application (app.propfade.com), and related services (the “Service”).
PropFade is a business tool for real-estate professionals that turns property photos and listing details into marketing videos. This policy is written for users in the United States.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide to create and manage an account.
- Account details: your email address, and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, your name and profile photo from that account.
- Workspace details: workspace name and logo.
- Communications: information you send us when you contact support or otherwise communicate with us.
1.2 Content you provide to create videos (“Customer Content”).
- Property photos you upload, and crop or position settings you apply to them.
- Listing details you enter or import from a listing URL you provide — such as address, price, beds, baths, square footage, year built, property type, and the listing description. When you import from a URL, we collect listing text only; we do not import photos from that URL.
- Scripts and voiceover text you write or that the Service drafts for you.
- Voice and avatar samples, where you choose to use those features (for example, an audio sample used to create a custom voice, or a headshot used to create an AI presenter avatar).
- Branding and media such as logos, colors, fonts, and music you upload.
- Generated videos and related files the Service produces from the above.
1.3 Billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We store billing-related identifiers and status, such as your customer and subscription IDs with that processor, your plan, billing interval, trial status, and credit balance.
1.4 Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service, we collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure it, including your IP address, browser type and user-agent, and session and login activity (for example, sign-in times and session identifiers).
We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve, promote, and market the Service.
2. Cookies
We use an essential first-party cookie to keep you signed in and maintain your session; it is required for the Service to function, and the Service may not work properly if you block it. We may also use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and to measure and improve our marketing.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including authenticating you and keeping you signed in;
- process your Customer Content to generate videos (including adding motion, voiceover, captions, music, branding, and, where enabled, an AI avatar), using the providers described in Section 5;
- process payments, manage subscriptions, credits, and trials, and send billing-related messages;
- send you transactional messages, such as one-time sign-in codes and account or service notices;
- send you product updates and marketing communications, from which you can opt out;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law; and
- maintain and improve the Service, including understanding which features are used and fixing problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Customer Content to train our own or any third party’s general-purpose AI models.
4. How Your Content Is Processed by AI
To generate your videos, the Service sends your Customer Content to specialized third-party AI and infrastructure providers (listed in Section 5). For example, your photos are sent to an animation provider to add motion, your script is sent to a voice provider to generate audio, and (where you use those features) a headshot is sent to an avatar provider and your content may be sent to an AI-assistant provider to help draft or assemble a video.
We share Customer Content with these providers only to provide the Service to you. We use providers that, under our agreements with them, process the content to perform the requested task. AI output can contain errors, so you should review generated videos before using them.
5. Service Providers We Share Information With
We share information with the following categories of service providers (“sub-processors”), who process it on our behalf to provide the Service:
| Service provider | Purpose | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| AI animation provider | Image-to-video animation | Property photos (via temporary links) and motion prompts |
| AI voiceover provider | Text-to-speech and voice cloning | Voiceover text and, if you use a custom voice, a voice sample (via temporary link) |
| AI avatar provider | AI presenter avatar (where the avatar feature is used) | A headshot image and generated voiceover audio (via temporary link) |
| AI assistant provider | Help drafting and assembling videos | Photos, listing details, and draft content you submit to the assistant |
| Cloud storage and content-delivery provider | Storing and serving your files | Your uploaded photos, audio, generated videos, and related files |
| Payment processor | Payment processing and subscription billing | Your payment details (collected directly by the processor), email, and billing identifiers |
| Transactional email provider | Account and sign-in email delivery | Your email address and message content (for example, sign-in codes) |
| Optional sign-in provider | Third-party sign-in, only if you choose it | Authentication data; we receive your email, name, and profile photo |
| Hosting and infrastructure providers | Running the application and database | Information necessary to operate the Service |
Each provider’s processing is also governed by its own privacy policy. We may update this list as our providers change; the current list will be reflected in this policy.
6. When We Disclose Information
Beyond the service providers above, we may disclose information:
- To comply with law — to respond to lawful requests, legal process, or government demands, and to protect our rights, property, and safety, or that of our users or the public.
- To enforce our terms — to investigate and address violations, fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business; we will require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of material changes.
- With your direction — for example, when you choose to make a video shareable via a public or unlisted link, anyone with the link can view it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
- Customer Content is retained until you delete it or close your account. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period; residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.
- Billing and transaction records are retained as required for tax, accounting, audit, and legal purposes, even after account closure.
- Sign-in and session records are retained for a limited period (for example, sessions expire after about 30 days) and as needed for security.
We may retain information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including:
- encryption of data in transit;
- storing your Customer Content in private, access-controlled storage, with files served through temporary, expiring links rather than public URLs;
- scoping access to content by account and workspace;
- validating uploaded files; and
- relying on a third-party payment processor so that full card numbers do not reach our systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and account secure.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and update. You can view and update much of your account and workspace information, and edit or delete your videos, photos, listings, and other content, from within the Service.
- Delete your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us at [email protected]. Some information may be retained as described in Section 7.
- Cancel billing. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.
- Email. Most of our emails are transactional (such as sign-in codes and account notices) and are necessary to use the Service. If we send optional product or marketing emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link.
To make a request about your information, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (such as listing sites you import from, or a third-party sign-in provider). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
12. Data Location
We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers store and process information in the United States and potentially other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in the Service) and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
